- Cancellation Period: You may cancel your Shakewell beverage subscription at any time. However, to ensure a smooth cancellation process and prevent any further charges, we recommend cancelling before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellations made after the billing date may result in charges for the upcoming subscription period.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, log in to your Shakewell account and navigate to the subscription management section. Follow the provided instructions to cancel your subscription. - Refunds: Cancellation requests received before the next billing cycle will prevent any future charges, and you will not be billed for subsequent subscription periods. Please note that we do not provide refunds for partially used subscriptions.
